Blogger's Paycheck - The Real Deal Or Not?

Blogger's Paycheck - The Real Deal Or Not?

I couldn't wait to get my hands on bloggers paycheck when John Yeo first announced to the internet marketing community about its launch. It had the promise of be able to take a beginner and teach them the blogging techniques that could earn them $ 1000s every month. It made the promise that you could quit your job and have a passive stream of full time income being generated from your blog.

Now some may think that promises like this are a scam and you are correct in thinking that. You should very well be weary of promises like this from complete strangers. However the author, John Yeo, happens to be a very successful blogger with a blog making him a full time income from home. Essentially he can walk his talk and prove that his methods work.

For somebody aspiring to make money on the internet and be able to quit their painstaking job, they should strive to model after success. Modeling a proven system that has worked for many people is the key to being successful online. Once you know how to do it then replicating the process become easier, faster, and more lucrative.

In John Yeo's Blogger Paycheck he not only provides step by step instructions for every detail of the blogging process but he also teaches you how to successful market your blog and make the big money blogging.

He offers a vast amount of useful advice that I have not seen in any other blogging guide. Many guides don't reveal what John has to offer for his readers. If you like authors who genuinely like to help others solve their problems then I have to say John Yeo is one of those authors

I must admit that the course feels like it has been written for a 13-year old kid but his aim was to break his methods down as simple as possible so that anybody could replicate his strategy. His very same strategy has helped me create my presence online and start earning money.

If you have not heard of bloggers paycheck and you are looking for a successful method that has helped a countless number of other bloggers get over the hump, then it is worth your time to look into bloggers paycheck.

There are many aspects of bloggers paycheck that I can't fit into this article but I have a full review posted on my blog for others to see here -> Blogger's Paycheck Review

The Benefits To Bloggers Of Search Engine Optimization

The Benefits To Bloggers Of Search Engine Optimization

Are you a blogger? If you are a blogger or, if you plan to start your own blog soon, then you should know the fundamental role that search engine optimization (SEO) plays in the life of a blogger. Being aware of its benefits, can make you a valuable blogger and can make your blog count in the blogosphere and the entire World Wide Web.

Below I outline the top benefits that search engine optimization brings to blogging:

1. Blog traffic is significantly enhanced by search engine optimization.

The fact that your blog is search engine optimized vastly improves the volume of your blog traffic. Since most bloggers want their blog posts to be read by as many internet surfers as possible this really matters.

2. Money-making opportunities are increased

For many bloggers their blog is an easy way to make money. Through allowing paid posts or paid ads on their blogs, a popular blogger can generate substantial income. In order for you to increase the value of your blog space (to generate higher ad rates) it will be necessary to ensure that your blog is search engine optimized.

3. The stature of your blog on the Web is enhanced.

A principal reason for blogging is to afford a blogger a place to express himself whether this be to state his views on issues of the day or to share his knowledge on specific subjects. Again, the blogger generally wants to be read by as many people as possible in order to share his views or knowledge. If your blog is search engine optimized it is so much easier to find it on the Web through search engines.

For your blog to matter make sure that it is search engine optimized. There are many sources available for you to learn what it takes: I really would advise that you take the time to do so. Another alternative is to have experts do it for you, but in my view it is more satisfying to acquire the knowledge yourself.

Bloggers - Why use adblockers?

Bloggers - Why use adblockers?

Everybody knows that advertising is the main support of Internet. The most of web services such as diaries online, blogs and media sites earn their income from different kind of advertising.

On the other hand, many users see advertising as an obstacle in their browsing experience, which it has caused the development of Ad Blockers, or tools that prevent ads are shown.

Smashing Magazine, however, makes an interesting thought about Why web designers should not use Ad Blockers. This thought goes both for bloggers and users as well. The reasons given by the author are (according to my interpretation):

Ad Blockers hinder the community: They break the line of Production-Consumption-Difussion.
Promote a selfish attitude: The most important thing is ‘my' navigation and not the hard work of web designers.
Cause a mini bubble: Many companies investing in advertising but less people willing to consume.
Make the web less real: You may have more to lose if you use ad blockers, as you will see the web very different, ad-free pages, almost uthopic.

I would add:

Ad Blockers make worst the desing on various websites: Almost always current web designing considers save room for advertising, and the visual weight is calculated with ads kept in mind. Some sites lose this balance if they have no ads.

The benefits of using ad blockers are pretty known: a slightly faster navigation and less visual weight.

This is, without any doubut, controversial. In my opinion, ad blockers don't cause a heavy impact in the revenue of websites yet. Otherwise, the more ad blockers emerging, the more ‘anti-ad blockers‘ would come up. But we can't blame it on ad blockers: many people that decide to use them is because of sites that abuse in ads density and use intrusive advertising.

Got an ad blocker? What do you think about this as a user and as a blogger? We would like to know.

Why Bloggers Need To Blog Hop For A Ton Of Free Traffic

Why Bloggers Need To Blog Hop For A Ton Of Free Traffic
Most bloggers have a problem with 2 things, interaction and traffic.

There is one simple, fast solution that will fix both problems.

It's blog hopping.

Blog hopping simple means to visit another related niche blog and leave a comment, not just any comment, the comment must be of value.

Once you leave a comment on your blog is serves 3 purposes, let me discuss them.

1. Backlinks

If you target blogs that are do-follow, then your comment effectively gives you a link back to your site. If the blog has keyword love installed, you get an added benefit of anchor text attached to your link too which helps with search engine optimization.

2. Relationship building

By leaving a comment on a person's blog you then open the door to building a relationship with them, which can lead to the possibility of you guest posting on their blog in the future or perhaps a joint venture partnership which is mutually beneficial for you both.

You will also begin to build relationships with the other readers of the blog too.

Once they see your valuable comment, they will no doubt hop over and visit your blog too, where you can further interact and build relationships with them.

3. The final reason blog hopping is beneficial is exposure of your own blog content. There is a highly popular WordPress plugin named Comluv, this will allow you to display a link back to your last blog post. But not only can you link back to your last blog post, you are given access to a drop down menu containing your last ten blog posts. This means you can select which blog post is most relevant to the blog post you are commenting on and increase the chance of the author or reader visiting your post.

Blog hopping is highly effective in generating traffic, backlinks and building relationships, if you are a blogger, spend the time to visit at least 10 blogs a day to fully benefit.

Now you know why you should blog hop, search on Google for related niche blogs, leave valuable comments on the blogs and watch the traffic pour in.

5 Must Avoids For Bloggers

5 Must Avoids For Bloggers

To blog is very, very 'in'. We either blog, or blog-post every now and then, or go around reading some blog or the other. Blogs are all so popular and so many that, more often than not, we're spoiled for choice. Each time we come across a blog, we tend to judge or rate it. Some get tagged as great, some make it to the good list, whilst some languish at the bad or eeew position.

To make it to the great or at least the good list, you'll need to do quite a few things. Not too difficult, but you'll need to go about doing a few tweaks here and there. For starters, let's take a small step. Instead of targetting for a spot in the great or good list, we'll set our target as avoiding a listing in the bad or eeew position.

Righto... so here's what you DON'T need to do to have a serious chance of being a successful blogger.

WHAT YOU DON'T NEED TO DO:

Flashy and elaborate templates are a sure no-no. All you need to have is a simple template that is well categorized and easy to navigate. Flashy templates don't just look amateurish but also take tremendously long to load. They can actually scare off visitors from your blog. The focus needs to be on the readability of the text and nothing else.
Never write anything on your blog keeping in view Search Engine Optimization or the likes. Your blog will be read by humans, not by any crawler from a search engine. If it is to be popular, it'll have to be the readers who'll make it so and not the Google bot or one of its friends. Forget all you know about keyword density and SEO. Primary focus: reader. And none else.
The third: widgets. Now every blog does use widgets and you're sure to find a few here too. What you need to be careful about is overusing them. You haven't a blog to display fancy widgets or templates. You've one because you want to share something unique with your audience and this, you intend to do through your posts. Let the posts take center stage and make sure everything else takes a back seat.
Don't have a thousand links displayed on your blog. These are sure-fire ways to drive away traffic from your blog. Your blog must look neat and authentic and not some link farm. It is best to not have links pointing to other sites on your blog. If that isn't possible, try keeping it to a bare minimum so that readers get to read more of your blog than anything else.
The last one, perhaps the most challenging one too. Forget about earning through your blog. You don't really have to try severely hard to earn your living via blogging. Sure you can have a few ads here and there on your blog but make sure you don't overdo it by splashing them all over the place. Your reader must be able to access your posts without having to wade through too many 'guest appearances'. Again, focus on the reader and none else.

Now that you've dodged these dangers, here's what you need to keep in mind: Your blog must be such that when a reader- your potential blog regular- gets to your blog, he must judge it to be one that'll benefit him in some manner or the other. When this happens, you're sure to turn these readers into avid blog followers.

Success Tips for Bloggers - Generating Traffic and Maintaining Readership

Success Tips for Bloggers - Generating Traffic and Maintaining Readership

Thus, you have a blog! Does your blog generate the traffic you would like it to? Do you know how to generate traffic to your blog yet? There are several proven methods for generating traffic to your blog and gaining readership of your blog. Start with the objective or the life of your blog. After that, ask yourself if you have a blog worth promoting, driving traffic is crucial to the life and success of  blogs.

Always Deliver Quality and Relevant Content to Your Blog

On the Internet, whether you are referencing the lively hood of a website or a blog, there is always a lot of room for content. However not everyone aims to provide quality content, and this is what determines the potential survival of a blog or website.

Quality Content is information and sources that are directly related to the objective or topic of your blog. When you deliver content to your website or blog, it should always be done strategically with your targeted audience in mind.

A successful blog is written with a specific target audience in mind. This establishes focus, and you can provide content that is exclusive to your audience's issues. If you can manage to deliver quality content, with a focus or expertise in a specific niche your blog is more likely to excel. Frequently when a reader comes to a blog and discovers content they find helpful, they will bookmark that blog or website for future reference.

Finally, do your very best to stick with the focus and objective of your blog. If you have established readership, you do not want to lose credibility or the interest of those readers. Chances are, if someone has subscribed to your blog they were first intrigued by the issues you were writing about. So if you suddenly change that up, your readers are likely to go blog searching again.

You can earn money through this or also by signing up with different websites for advertisements, for this you need to write a lot and you have to be patient for getting the money as you will not earn money instantly and will be paid after working for few days.

It has not been quite long time since bloggers have started to be popular and now there are so many people who are sitting at home working on their computers and earning money. The Blogger's Checklist

The Blogger's Checklist

If you are a new blogger or even an experienced one, it is important to check in with how your blog is doing and maintain it in a way that successful bloggers do. So what is it successful bloggers do? Here is your blogger checklist, which consists of eight items for you to consider.

1. Proofread Your Work - Misspellings and wrong use of words in a blog entry can turn a reader off in a real hurry. Make sure you type your original blog message in a program that contains spell check and then reread your work for errors. You can then copy and paste your work into your blog.

2. Publish Posts on a Regular Basis - If you want to maintain a following of readers and prove you are serious about your blog you have to keep your content fresh and updated. You may not have time to blog daily so the important thing is to just be consistent. Commit to how often you will make an entry, it may be weekly, biweekly or monthly. When you are consistent, your guests will know when to check back in with you.

3. Backup Your Blog - There is nothing worse than losing all of your work, especially if your blog contains numerous entries. Create an automatic backup system for your blog. Most blogging software companies have a Help file to assist you in understanding how to back your blog up or what processes are needed.

4. Link to Older Posts - If you have been blogging for a while, it is most likely that many of your topics will overlap, so why not provide your reader with reference to some of your older entries. This can be done with a link. When you do this, you are building an effective linking strategy and encouraging readers to stay on your blog longer. As we all know, a quality linking strategy can mean an increase your traffic and search engine rankings.

5. Answer Guests Comments - Take the time to answer anyone who makes a comment on your blog. Doing this will create loyalty among your followers and will help build community. If there comes a day when your blog is extremely popular, it is still important to maintain correspondence with your readers. Also, be kind and considerate when responding to your readers. A topic that may be obvious to you may not be to your reader and there is no need to make somebody feel bad.

6. Approve Comments - If you use comment moderation (and you should unless you get very low volumes of spam) you should approve pending comments on a regular basis. Having meaningful comments on your blog is important, so check pending comments regularly to make sure they are getting posted.

7. Remember Your Audience When Creating Topics - If you have a new blog, one of most overlooked items is being able to accurately define the audience that you will be writing to. As time goes by, you'll learn what types of content your readers appreciate or don't appreciate in that you will have little response. Sometimes creating a niche that very few people write about or understand is a great way to get your blog going and you will know exactly who your audience is.

8. Check for Dead Links - There is nothing more annoying than clicking on a dead link. If you're like most bloggers you probably include a lot of links in your posts, both inbound and outbound. Those links may have worked at the time the post was published, but do you know if they still work? Dead links are especially common with outbound links. The blogs and websites you link to may shut down, changes their link structure, or remove a page, all of which will result in dead links. So make a date on a regular basis to check all outbound links on your blog.

Follow these eight simple rules and your blog's maintenance will continue to grow successful.
